Spinfluence ("we," "our," or "us") operates the RackUp mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use RackUp.

By creating an account or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information you provide directly:

• Account information: Your display name, email address, and password when you create an account.
• Match data: Pool and billiards match scores, skill levels, and game results that you enter into the App.
• Player data: Names and skill levels of players you save to your roster.

Information collected automatically:

• Subscription and purchase data: If you subscribe to RackUp Pro, our payment processor RevenueCat collects and processes your purchase information. We receive confirmation of your subscription status but do not store payment card details.
• Device information: Basic device type and operating system version, used to ensure App compatibility.

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your RackUp account
• Save and display your match history and player roster
• Process and verify your RackUp Pro subscription
• Respond to your support requests
• Improve the App's functionality and fix bugs

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

RackUp uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

Your account information and match data are stored on secure servers. Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing and are never stored in plain text. We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

We retain your account and match data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the email address below.

RackUp is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
